We are currently seeking a driven and proactive commercial leasing agent for a full-time assignment with immediate start for a property partner that acts as a local broker for other property owners and tenants. The assignment lasts for 6-9 months with the goal of continuing as a direct employee with the client thereafter.

With a strong team spirit, high office satisfaction, and a focus on community, they are now looking for a long-term addition to the team.

As a commercial leasing agent, you play a key role in driving business, matching the right tenants with the right premises, and following the processes all the way to contract signing.
 

Your main responsibilities include:

• Commercial leasing.
• Property viewings.
• Ongoing contact with property owners and stakeholders, as well as proactive engagement with internal customer and stakeholder base.
• Administrative tasks related to the leasing process, which may also sometimes include photographing premises.
• Project leasing where you work more proactively towards the market.

• Relevant education in real estate, law, or economics is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in the commercial leasing process.
• Good understanding of the leasing business and administrative tasks related to it.
• Good computer skills.
• Very good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
